In Summary
- All new listings will be checked by an editor before the listing goes live on the website. It is so we can check the listing is appropriate and contain the correct content according to the type of listing.
- We reserve the right to reject any listings that we do not deem appropriate for The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation Business Directory site.
- We aim to review all submitted listings within 48 hours of receipt. If there are any problems with your listing we will contact you on the email address that you provided.
- It is your responsibility to update your listing should any information change.
- You can delete your listing at any time. If you have any problems doing so, please get in touch.
- Your listing will be active for the time specified. You will be sent a renewal notice towards the end of the listing time to see if you would like to continue your listing.
- We reserve the right to change the type of listings we share in the future. For example, we may introduce a premium listings feature in the future.

| “Listed Business” | means any business which features in a Listing; |
| “Listing Fee” | means the fee payable to post a Listing; |
| “User” / “Users” | refers to any individual or entity accessing the Website; |
| “Website” | means the website that you are currently using (directory.weddingwishingwell.org.uk). |

The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation Business Directory provides an online platform for Users to discover and connect with wedding industry Businesses listed in our directory. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any Business listed on our platform.

The Listed Business must be placed into the appropriate category and we reserve the right to change this category should we deem another category to be more appropriate.
The Listed Business must be relevant to the wedding industry.
Removal of Listings
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
Paid Listings and Subscriptions
Certain Business listings may require a Listing Fee or subscription. By purchasing a listing or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, and no refunds will be issued for early termination.
All proceeds received from Business Listings will be donated to The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation.
Reviews and Feedback
User Reviews
Users may leave reviews for Businesses listed on the Website. Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and comply with applicable laws.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse to post reviews or comments that violate our policies, contain offensive language, or are deemed irrelevant or harmful.
